At bpaynepal, we strive to ensure every transaction is successful and satisfactory. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be processed for payments made through our platform.
By using bpaynepal, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. General Refund Conditions
- Unsuccessful Transactions: If a payment fails or is not successfully delivered to the service provider in Nepal (e.g., mobile top-up not credited, bill not paid) due to a technical error on bpaynepal's part, a full refund will be initiated automatically. You will be notified, and the amount will be reversed to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds for unsuccessful transactions typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer' policies.
- Currency: All refunds will be processed in the original currency of the transaction, after conversion from NPR. Please note that slight variations may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations between the transaction date and refund date.
- Fees: In cases of bpaynepal' technical failure, any transaction fees charged by bpaynepal will also be refunded.
2. User-Initiated Errors (No Refunds)
Please note that bpaynepal is not responsible for and generally does not provide refunds for transactions where the error was made by the user. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect Details: Payments made to an incorrect phone number, account number, service provider, or recipient provided by the user.
- Incorrect Amount: Transactions completed with an incorrect amount entered by the user.
- Duplicate Payments: Accidental submission of the same payment multiple times by the user.
- Service Not Needed: Payments made for services that were no longer required or desired by the user after successful completion.
In such cases, while bpaynepal will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovery by contacting the relevant bank or service provider in Nepal, we cannot guarantee the recovery or refund of funds. Any recovery will be at the discretion of the third-party service provider and may incur additional charges.
3. How to Request a Refund (for Eligible Cases)
If you believe your transaction qualifies for a refund under Section 1 of this policy, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:
- Your registered email address.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation.
